1. Open Vocal Sensei.
  2. Click on "Start a workout" and choose a workout that’s right for your warm-up.
  3. Click the workout card of the workout you want to do, and select the range for each exercise inside the workout.
  • Optional Sign in or make a free account to save your workout and be able to edit it and access it in 1 click in the future.
