Change the Base Note

  1. Open Harmony Lab.
  2. Click the note button in the app bar to open the "Change Note" window.
  3. To set a new base note and octave: a. In the "Pitch Class," choose the base note for the app. b. In "Octave," select the octave for the base note. c. Alternatively, use the 'detect' feature: make an "ahhh" sound at the pitch you want to start from.
  4. Click 'Save' to apply your changes.
